CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

An individual submitting a form on a web page https://www.acex.net /, (hereinafter referred to as the Web Page), undertakes to accept this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent). Acceptance of Consent is sending the form on the Web page. Acting freely, voluntarily and in his own interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, an individual gives his consent to the Limited Liability Company CARGO-EXPRESS, which owns the website www.acex.net and which is located at the address: 141590, Moscow region, Khimki, Kommunalny passage, p. 30, (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), which owns the Web page, to process its personal data with the following conditions:

2. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data:

4. The purpose of personal data processing is to inform about changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data, about upcoming events, promotions, services and products of CARGO-EXPRESS LLC.

5. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed:: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; refinement (updating, modification); extraction; use; blocking; deletion; destruction.

6. Third parties do not process personal data on behalf of CARGO-EXPRESS LLC.

7. Personal data is processed before an individual unsubscribes from the information by clicking on the special "Unsubscribe from mailing list" link in the emails sent.

8. The web page is located on the territory of the Russian Federation. The name of the legal entity from which the server space is rented: JSC "RCIC" (https://www.nic.ru /).

9. Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or his representative by sending a written statement to the Operator or his representative at the location (see the Consent preamble).

10. If the personal data subject or his representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152–FZ "On Personal Data". dated 27.07.2006

11. The consent is valid at all times until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in clauses 8 and 9 of the Consent.
