CARGO-EXPRESS reminds importers: by April 15, 2026, you must report on the eco-tax for goods and packaging imported in 2024 and 2025.
Reporting is submitted once, but for two years at once. This requirement applies to all companies that imported goods during this period.

The law requires importers to declare the weight of imported goods and packaging, as well as report on compliance with recycling standards. If the standards are not met, the eco-tax must be paid.

What are the penalties for missing the deadline?
