On April 11, the day started in a special way for the CARGO-EXPRESS team. In the morning, there was a family tradition and the blessing of Easter cakes, and later that day the team joined the beginner volunteer course by Moscow Volunteers together with their families and close ones.
The day off turned into a lively, meaningful and very warm experience. The training was easy and engaging: employees learned the basics of volunteering, explored different areas of support and participation formats, and discussed how to effectively interact with organizers and other volunteers.
But the most important part was the atmosphere. It was not boring or formal, but dynamic, engaging and truly inspiring. The team actively took part in discussions and quickly immersed themselves in the topic.
After the break, participants joined a board game championship called “Volunteers in the City.” Here, learning turned into play, and play turned into teamwork. There was a lot of laughter, lively discussions, and unexpected solutions.
It was a day that brought people together. The CARGO-EXPRESS team spent time together, got to know each other better, and, it seems, became even closer.
As Sergei Sobyanin noted:
