September is here. Children are going back to school, parents are returning to morning traffic, and logistics professionals are opening their calendars and realizing that their own new year has begun as well.
The busy autumn season lies ahead, followed by the pre-holiday rush, the Russian New Year holidays and, shortly afterwards, Chinese New Year. Cargo volumes will increase, available capacity will shrink, and the familiar phrase “we needed it yesterday” will once again become part of everyday business.
